We can order diagnostic tests when necessary
We cannot prescribe narcotics or controlled substance medications, but can prescribe other medications We can provide doctor’s notes and Western Student Medical Certificate, etc.

- Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Physical
- Requisitions for tests when necessary (e.g. lab tests, xrays, ultrasounds, ECG, STI tests…)
- Travel medicine consults
- Out of province/UHIP/travellers/non-OHIP patients welcome
- Doctor’s notes, Western Student Medical Certificate
- Lab test results
- Physical exams and forms for school/camps/employer/insurance company etc.
- Physiotherapy referral
- Orthotics prescription
- In-person visits
- Any other medical concerns
These things we specifically CANNOT do:
- No referrals to any specialists

- No PAP tests
