For questions to receptionist you can email info@doctormarczuk.ca – not for any medical questions. The doctor does not review email; it is used solely for administrative purposes. Any medical info/questions submitted via email will be disregarded. For any medical questions, prescriptions, requisitions, referrals you need an appointment – please book online.
Emails are not replied to: outside office hours, after hours, and on holidays.
Make a Payment
Payment for fees can be made preferably via Interac E-Transfer to info@doctormarczuk.ca (autodeposit)
Personal cheques will not be accepted (sorry for any inconvenience).
If you would like to pay with cash, please contact us to arrange a time to stop by the office.
***PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS***
Please note that patients of Dr. Marczuk are required to book an appointment for prescription renewals at least 3 weeks in advance (prescriptions will not be renewed by fax or without an appointment). Do not email the office regarding prescription renewals (book online). Prescription renewals without an appointment are an uninsured service. If your pharmacist faxes or calls us with a renewal request, they will be told that patient is required to book an appointment for prescription renewal.
