MTO Physical Exam

The MTO Physical Exams can determine whether you are at risk of having a functional limitation while operating your motor vehicle.

An MTO Physical Exam is a standard evaluation to ensure that a person is in good health, fit, and ready to drive safely on Ontario’s roads.

You may be required to take a driver medical exam because of your occupation or age category. Individuals with particular health problems may also be required to pass an MTO Physical Examination before operating their vehicle.

When you visit Wonderland Walk-In Clinic, you will need to have your driver’s licenses available, Along with any documentation that was given to you by the Ministry of Transportation.

This service is not covered by OHIP so there is a fee that must be paid by the patient.

EXPIRED HEALTH CARDS NO LONGER VALID SINCE APR 1/2023

PATIENTS WHO BOOK WITH EXPIRED HEALTH CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE VISIT. TO AVOID FEE, RENEW YOUR HEALTH CARD AT SERVICEONTARIO.CA AND THEN BOOK WITH US. IF YOU BOOK WITH EXPIRED HEALTH CARD YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF AT LEAST $100 FOR THE VISIT.
